Kalm ‘n’ Kind Yoga

Muddy says: A big flexible tick from us for these fab yoga classes, including hatha, vinyasa, restorative and yin yoga. Yes please!

Calling all yoga bunnies! We’ve scooped out a brilliant yoga class in the heart of Wilts. Actually, you don’t need to be a yoga expert to enjoy it – Kalm ‘n’ Kind Yoga assures us that yoga is not just for flexible people (phew!) but for all ages, shapes and sizes. At Kalm ‘n’ Kind yoga you’ll be treated as an individual, taking into account your specific needs and abilities.
As we know, living in the 21st century is fast and furious and the results of living like this are catching up with many people. We’re stressed, exhausted, always chasing our tails. Yoga provides a support mechanism to help improve health and well being, bringing together the body and mind. Need an increase in energy levels? Better sleep? Better immunity against those nasty bugs? Then yoga is for you.

We particularly love Kalm ‘n’ Kind’s philosophy – inclusive, passionate, inspiring and fun. Classes contain Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing) and Savasana (relaxation), plus meditation that will leave you feeling calm and tranquil. And don’t we all need some of that? Ready to book up? I’ll see you at the back of the class, desperately trying to pull off a downward dog.

Workshops 2019

Want more Yoga? Too busy to attend a regular class? Kalm ‘n’ Kind runs a number of workshops, including Yoga for Runners, Restorative Yoga Evening, Retreat in a Day and Soulful Self-Care Sundays. They are also running a Yoga Weekend 18-20 October 2019 in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. If you fancy a few days away practicing yoga in a gorgeous rural setting, this is for you. There will be a minimum of two yoga classes per day, with a restorative class on Saturday evening to help you further relax, plus the chance to take quiet walks, sit and read, and optional morning meditation sessions before the yoga class.
